I use Worden Brothers' TC2000 charting service. Looking at the Stochastic(14,3,3) for MINI back over time, I notice that the Stochastic hit the bottom of the scale 4 times since last December: December 18, June 4, July 10, and August 21(last Friday). On each of the 3 occasions prior to last Friday the stock price made a strong rebound within a few days. This stock is grossly undervalued at present levels, and clearly oversold.
