i believe lu wanted asnd real bad and may have came to a behind close door agreement for a 50 dollar takeover price when asnd was in the mid 20's. if you remember that was the time when the rumor was at it's high. I seriously doubt this. If the deal is already done, then Mory would not have stuck his neck out to acquire SRA. If LU wanted SRA, then they would have done it directly. The SRA deal muddies up all prior takeover agreements, if any had existed. bucky89
