Tom we fully intend to distribute them and honor the terms of the announcement, they will be private placement... in other words we dont want them public. We have alot going on with the Transfer Agent as we speak, and will get them out as soon as we can. At this point in time I can not really say if they will be mailed to those entitled or deposited in brokerage counts. The Preferred issue will be public though. Bear with us, we are getting there. KAA
