Jeff, I asked him your question and his comments were in line with what was said on the Conference Call. With both attorneys working on the deal now, they need to be in sycn since there will be two filings, the Form 10 and the SB-2 (for the rights offering) going to the SEC over the next few weeks. I believe it was said that late this week was the expected filing date on the form 10. Regarding your earnings question, he has not asked Colin to pin it down as there is still considerable time to go in this quarter, but Colin did say on the Call that the quarter was doing great.
