Assuming that you are asking the question seriously, I will answer it seriously. Bennett is free and clear from ethical violations as long as he did not sponsor testimony that he knew BEFOREHAND was going to be perjured. And the fact that he would ask such questions of Clinton suggests to me at least that he had no idea that the ML allegations had any truth to them. Anyway, he can't be removed from the case, because the case that he represents the President on is the Jones case, which in any event is (pending a fruitless appeal) over.
