Bill, i saw ur web site and read about ur realestate ventures. Sounds exciting. I do not have the energy and know how to carry out builidng and construction else this would be a whole lot of fun. In calif, one can make lots of mistakes and still make handsome profit in realestate but so far i have not managed to do any developement. i have some rental townhomes out here and tax dedcutions are great and i manage to just break even as i pay pretty penny for manangement. i also have undeveloped lots and trying to figure out what todo. btw: how far are u from Durham, my son maybe looking at Duke Univ nxt yr. enjoyed reading about ur realestate. next time don't do priv.msg. Also put realestate in the first line of ur msg so i dont miss it. i wished HD would start selling on internet. then it can become internet cmpany.
