M, i think time to jump in is NOW -"when it looks scary" is the best time. ratio of put/call is very big and lots of bears around that means lots of mony on side line. Bonds will be a disaster. All that bond mony will come back to the market when market starts heading north. i think they should report GREEED / FEAR ratio. I think there is lots of GREEED as every one is in FEAR re: their retirement.
