Tom: How ever many shares you owned on the date of record is the amount of warrants you will receive. Yes if you sold after the record date you are still going to get the warrants. Now I am going to have to be a little evasive... in a good way of course, the reason is the questions you are asking, (about the warrants) are going to be answered in the next PR. If the answer is not clear in the next PR, ask me again and then I will be happy to answer... the reason is I am having to be careful with what I post, but after the PR then I can address detailed answers.
