HG, Try this link:

Or call IBM tech support and they will walk you through it. But I have found you must have "CLIENT FOR MICROSOFT NETWORKS" in the same box as TCP/IP and Dial-Up Adapter. That is what my notebook has in it. It is running Win95. Like I said before I have had this problem in the past and that has solved it. You do have problems saving your PW when you go and connect with Dial-Up Adapter right?

I personally believe that everyone that owns a computer should try and learn as much as you can. This is usually done when you have a problem. What your going through is good, because you are learning. When I first started learning computers years ago, when I had problems I had to pay big bucks for a tech to fix the problem, if support is not free, I will serach the net or ask a friend. I don't have all the answers, nobody does.

Sites like this and other are also very usefull. I think Sean said something to that effect as well.

Good luck.
