I thought the PRES said IDCN is worth $17.00 a share in his promotional piece he wrote on his own company....LOL Indocan Resources Inc - Offer of 8m shares completed Indocan Resources Inc IDCN Shares issued 39,042,116 1998-05-26 close $0.17 Friday Jun 26 1998 Mr. Jeffrey Bruhjell reports On June 10, 1998 the company offered 8,000,000 fully paid and non-assessable shares of its common stock for $1,000,000 and has now completed the transaction. The shares are being placed with four persons and are being issued pursuant to rule 504 of regulation D. No commissions are being paid in association with this sale of shares and the proceeds of the offering will be used; $200,000 for general and administrative purposes and $800,000 in conjunction with a drilling program on the company's Issac Harbour gold property near Goldboro, Nova Scotia.
