If it was my job I was talking about and I had collected a salary while driving my company into the ground, I probably would feel differently since I would have a completely different view of life that would enable me to do that and still face myself in the mirror.
Fortunately, I know how to do my job and my company is flourishing.

As for punishing the commoners, does my lousy (what do I have now? 50 or 100 shares? I forget.) vote really have an impact on anyone? Why isn't everyone else rushing to vote "yes?" Why do they have to beg for votes? Probably because everyone knows that even the phrase "retain any value at all" is overly optimistic. Do the math. No matter how little you pay for a stock (if you bought at $0.25, you probably knew you were going to lose it anyway, unless you are an extreme novice ... stocks sell for a quarter for a reason)a reverse split of 150:1 with a subsequent price decline to pre-rev-split levels is hard to recover from. It would have to go up 150x just to get back to the quarter it was at before.

So, if you face the fact that the money you "invested" (if any) is gone, you can at least enjoy (in a morbid, bitter sort of way)watching the antics as the stern of S.S. Paradigm descends beneath the dark waters of business reality with a soft woosh. Then silence. Kind of poetic when you look at it that way. They die a tragic hero's death. There. Is that better?
