Indocan Resources Inc - Prodigy Resources acquired Indocan Resources Inc IDCN Shares issued 39,042,116 1998-05-26 close $0.17 Tuesday Jun 2 1998 Mr. Robert Salna reports The company issued the following news release on April 29, 1998: The company has entered into an agreement to acquire all the outstanding shares of Prodigy Resources Incorporated (privately held) of Toronto, Ontario for the issuance of 15,000,000 new shares. These new shares will be restricted for at least one year. Prodigy holds acreage in Northern Ontario with over 5,000,000 metric tons of garnet. In reference to the above announcement, the companies have completed their merger/acquisition and Indocan has ordered the transfer agent to issue 15 million new shares to the Prodigy shareholders.
