A couple of articles on the disaster that is Russia: forbes.com forbes.com I believe it was Steven Hanke who said on CNBC that an easy way to inject liquidity into the Russian economy would be to legalize dollar transactions. A substantial percentage of the money in Russia is dollars in mattresses. Tom
