I don't subscribe to thestreet.com, so I can't get the article. But...When I first heard B&N's announcement, my initial reaction was that Amazon would see a sell-off because comparison will be made to the B&N spinoff's lesser valuation. The more I think about it, the less I worry. Amazon and B&N are going there separate merchandising ways and B&N is putting up very disappointing online results.
