IS CISCO ALSO USING THE DELL MODEL, BEING DIRECT? Nope, Csco is not involved yet in SCM heavily which is a huge amt of Dells success (although there are plans in the works for this), they have Oracle ERP and Im not sure if I2 is in yet, if it is its a very new system. Dell has been using/refining I2 (Supply chain mgmt) for years. It will take Csco about 2 years to really get a Dell model in place should they choose to implement one. MH
