Fagan says sell and buy something better

Brian Fagan, writing in the August issue of the Fagan Report, says International
Pursuit is a sell at 79 cents. Mr. Fagan recommended this old favourite in
November 1996 at $4.95, in June 1997 at $2.76, in October 1997 at $1.45, and
again in December 1997 at $1.06. The letter writer says the decision to sell IPJ at
a loss was not easy, but was made necessary by International Pursuit's failure to
sell its copper property in the Philippines. "That leaves the company with little
more than its Indonesian properties that speculators place little value on," Mr.
Fagan laments. He also notes that IPJ had $30-million at its disposal and
produced nothing from it. As a result, he says, "the fault lies solely with
management." Mr. Fagan says proceeds from his IPJ sale will be applied to
buying Maracote International Resources. "I suggest you consider doing the
same."
