I don't have an opinion on whether the President's actions were politically motivated or not concerning his decision to bomb some buildings in Sudan and Afghanistan. What I do question is the policy itself. It's one thing to swagger and proclaim you are at war with terrorism and quite another to really do what is required to win such a battle. I don't care if you drop a thousand missles on a thousand terrorist production facilities. That is not going to matter one iota. What will matter is a direct threat to the terrorists themselves. It's time to stop the rhetoric and begin the action. Terrorists are experts at underground activity and any action that relies solely on missle attacks is bound to fail.
