Your answer to my post elicits a few comments:

.- I have yet to sell a DGIV share that I hold. I do not short or trade, I am long on DGIV. That is my agenda. I am not a hired hand to hype the share. This is why my position bears no resemblance (even as a "contrary position") to these naysayers. I resent the opening line of your post.

.- I have no more information on DGIV than that of news releases and DD posted by other investors, therefore am unable to answer your questions. I hope that the SB-10 will be out ASAP. I hope we can move to Naz ASAP.

.- I know of no individual by the alias, or name, of "MKER". Please be more specific.

.- I am patient and can wait for the Co. to deploy it's strategy. I have posted stating to the effect that we are witnessing "the end of the begining" in the development of DGIV. I cannot prove this, it is an opinion, but it is this opinion that makes me hold my shares. I believe that the future of this share will be much brighter than the present. I believe that this share is strongly undervalued.

.- If you feel unconfortable with your investment in DGIV, sell your shares. I am of the opinion that us small investors are not relevant for the future of the share price. With the SB-10 (which I hope will be out ASAP) institutional investors will be able to invest and become the dominant "investor" base (as is with most reporting companies). Again, I am patient and can wait for things to happen.

.- One fringe benefit of having institutional investors is that they won't post on the DGIV thread in a style (as seems to be yours) resembling a: "Yo, what's his face has some inside info for us?"
