You really should read the thread sir, it may help you from posting points of contention already gone over ad nauseum.
Dr. Lorricho, AZNT and the SEC are diligently working together to determine how to evaluate the value of an 'intellectual property', regarding the formulations and production of phytogenic nutritional products. The matter is to be resolved in the near future.
Perhaps you can read the thread and catch-up. You can skip Ms. Shell's posts I'm afraid. She has been here three days and still has no clue of AZNT, it's products, the principals or even how the illegal shares were sold into the market, who is going to jail, what the court decision was , who Messrs. Shurer, Marcazzi, Zapara, MacKenzie are and there role here.
