The 10K and last 10Q gave some details on the MIII+ development.

If I remember 6 separate companies agreed to give SVGI up to $5M each in exchange for preferential shipments (I believe it was first right of refusal or something similar to that). The last 10Q gave the status of money received under that R&D agreement.

The nice thing was that it indicated they'll probably have at least 6 Lithography customers going forward. The less than nice thing is, who the dickens knows when "going forward" will actually start going forward? :-)
