Thanks so much. USAA seems to be the only one that has a solution up and running as of today according to the press from GCTI. You should be aware that Genesys has been terrible at issuing releases for customer wins and successes. I have heard through a contact at the company that this is changing with the recent mgt changes. How does MCI and Conectivity use Genesys I wonder. I cannot say I understand the intricacies of Connectivity but believe it is call routing and certain CTI capabilities via MCI's network (screen pops and reporting). But the solutions is not Genesys alone; there is at least another IVR vendor involved.
