Hi Veritas - back in Ontario again :-)

I am all for Insiders and others who supported NIR way back when NIR was trading at $0.20 or less taking profits. All the research that I and others have done strongly indicate that Napier is going onto great things. If so - why sell say $0.15 paper now and not in three months when we will be higher than we are now? Who knows - many reasons I suspect - and none that would be related to Napier's future prospects. For example, one Insider I spoke to eons ago said that they transferred a chunk of NIR into their spouses RRSP. Why not - tax deferred growth for decades! Why wait for NIR to be at $5+ when you could only transfer half the number of stock - or less stock - than what you can now? That doesn't make any sense does it? This transfer showed up on the Insider reports and folks start to question what's going on - is it a sign of trouble ahead etc., etc? No it's not - Insiders sell stock for a whole bunch of reasons that are not related to the overall health of the company going forward.

If people are concerned with why any Insider sold stock - call them and ask why - they may or may not tell you. In any case it's much better to ask them than to continue speculating why they sold. Ask them!

I am all in favour of Insiders now taking some profits for two reasons. One - they deserve the profits and reward for investing in Napier when the future was not as certain as it is now - just look at how far Napier has come in the last six months alone. Two, it reduces the mountain of cheap paper out there. I would be far more concerned if this mountain was still around at its present level when NIR was at $10+. Insiders taking big profits then and dumping a bunch of shares would reduce the share proce substantially for a period if it was done over a short period.

Request: I would like to see the names of some large profile clients referred to in upcoming News releases who have placed orders. I know who many of them are - but it's nice to see it in black and white - and it would help to push NIR to a higher base of support. Wherever the share price is at I'll still continue to pick up shares when I can.

I'm also looking forward to the time when we move beyond the penny stock status - and attract new investors. The stock will also be less volatile then and less prone to manipulation. As I've said a few times now the Union broker who chris and I spoke to the Friday before last said that 'People are monkeying with the stock right now'.

David.
