Richard and Andre, Just spoke with Bob Tyson this morning. Looks like ADP will be delisting from the ASE shortly. They have a lot of liabilities and legal entanglements to work through before they can go anywhere. They will revert to a private company and try to work these out. Perhaps, if all goes well, in about a year, they may be in a position to begin the process of re-listing. About what I was expecting. Regards, Tom McIlwain
