RE:half of ASMLF's customers may "fold" and leave the table right? Yes, and Siemens already closed one fab and are contemplating closing others. Things are tough all over. I'd prefer to be an Intel/IBM maybe MOT equipment supplier than a pure DRAM company supplier. Bob
