BIRD, I did not accuse Dr.Vee or McGinnis of Libel. I respect everyones right to voice their opinions.And when I disagree with them I am very vocal about it also which is my right. But when you posted that it was a FACT that DGIV IS A SCAM, you in my opinion and that of the law have committed LIBEL (a crime) unless you have proof to back up that statement. I immediately asked you to post any proof of that statement because I am a DGIV shareholder and those kinds of statements have the potential to cause harm to the company and as a result, a financial hardship to me. So yes I take your statement as an illegal act that can hurt me and I want to know ON WHAT DO YOU BASE THAT STATEMENT OF FACT as you call it. DO YOU HAVE ANY PROOF THAT DGIV IS A SCAM ? And if not why did you LIBEL the company. I want an answer or a public retraction. Thats all MARK C.
