on the topic not a Certified Audit If I remember what you said. That is bejumble
talk from MIDN IMO.

Without a Certified Statement IMO, it's nothing to look at and a very
big fuss over nothing just smoke. The price of this issue will, I feel
be under .09 cents if they play any more games and that's just another HO,
on the rude way stockholders have been made picky and ittitable by the elders
who hold the news. Even if the issue wanted to go to .75 cents a share it would make
no diffrence IMO without the true facts to support the value! When the truth
is final and the support is fact we may see some value come back into each
of NPEC that built MDIN that seems to be on a FIRE mission for the Chile
Corp. The score of the game in the bottom of the 8th. is investors 2 and
Management IMO, 15,000,000 give or take the last weeks 1,000,000 that was
added for what reason??????

Do we need board members or what? Seems to me that it would not make a hill of
beans. There are 26 members with you that voted for a board seat. Is that all
there are in total investors in MDIN????? Seems that way from this chair.... As
I did the count for last week. Now if there are more well it's time to stand up
to all this cheep talk with no Accounting, That's my opinion and seems to be
a Fact if you talk to some of the very fine people who I have including you.
