As reported by the Federal Statistical Office, the consumer price index for all households in Germany rose 0.9% in July 1998 from July 1997, thus reaching the lowest level since all-German indices were first computed in 1991. Compared with June 1998, the index was up 0.3%. One mans gains anothers loss . Europe it alright yet that we must not forget. IMHO
