"knight" is a gender neutral title from medieval times. I'm not a KKK knight or one of the Knights of Columbus, or one of those fine gentlemen of the "round table", just a plain ol' knight I'm afraid. :-)). Hope you don't think any less of me. ;-)).

The BOD and the "management" are for the most part, one and the same. I can't see how any major decision could be made without the BOD's knowledge.

Sounds like you are suggesting some kind of conspiracy to capture the Black Rock? I dunno Doug, I don't have any reason to believe that, but I am not privy to inside information. Hopefully, these and other questions will be answered should the SH gain control of the company.

Doug, all I do is offer an opinion on any thread. I hope no one reads more than that into my posts. As for "pointing a finger at current IPM management", let me put it this way; did the SH's in this company put it into C-11, or was it the result of decisions made by current management? I think you know the answer.
