Just a matter of public record, anyone can walk into the courthouse and get them. Most everyone has FAX machines now too. Kind of makes me wonder about this little scenario we saw quite a while back, these came out of LA: ionet.net I'm still mad at the SEC over that because the shareholders weren't told until long after the fact yet others knew all about it.
