No offense intended, but I suggest you go back and reread my post. The principals have already placed a value on the IPR via their contract. The value they themselves placed on these "IPRs" is modest. Any attempt to "rip up" that contract and inflate the value of said IPR will be looked upon with grave suspicion, if not outright disbelief, by any credentialed member of the accounting and finance community as well as the SEC. You did note that the company's auditor resigned his commission last year. Perhaps the delay of the company's 10K filing is due to its inability to procure an auditor who will accept the legal liability associated with an inflation of asset value. Also note that despite the existence of a contract between AZNY and ABRACEL, the company has never in any of its prior audited reports and filings with the SEC listed as an asset such rights. I would suggest you procure some independent counsel on this subject from a member of the profession. ww
