This document only showed that Lucent had entered into a nondisclosure agreement with RACE to evaluate the BE THERE system, and RCAE file a suit to prevent Lucent to make, market or import visual telephone system. It did not show how and any proof Lucent had violate the patent right at all !!!!! So, I did not see any merit on the suit at all !!!!! The idea is if you can't compete, then you file the suit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
