OT*** Maurice, try this on for size. I would further suggest that if any State commits an act of Mass murder against the United States, or knowingly harbors a terrorist organization which reasonable people would believe had such an intent, and such organization subsequently commits such an act, that the United States is fully justified in engaging in Total War against such a State. I.e., we should kill all of them. I.e., unleash some big ones. Don't want to do it. Hope they don't either. Let's see. The new world. The new remedy. Ensured destruction upon mass annihilation. This should be published as an American declaration of policy. Let the state sponsored or protected mass murders beware. Doug
