Uptick, seems you are being a overly negative here?

Portico pricing seems in line with
every current competitor (better then some).
Pricing isn't that much for what you get.
It is pretty cheap. No one is going to
provide such a service any cheaper and make
money. If you want it you have to pay.
People said the same thing about cellular
(which did cost much more) and look where
we are today.

Tell me how you check your email, update your
address book, calendar, check the news on
the road today. You have to buy and lug a
laptop around with you and hook up and log
onto windows and the then the ISP. Right there
you have spent a ton of time which for most
professonals costs more than Portico per minute :^).
There are a lot of place you can't use the
laptop, like while driving or walking or ...
How much is the lease on the laptop?

If you were calling a live person it would
cost much more. The user will make much more
using it then not.

As for making money, you don't think having
large carriers carrying it will bring in
many customers?

They are planning to license MagicTalk, right?
This sort of is what you call selling the
server right?

The service just started and many posters have
stated that it is great and is improving every
day. I should have it this week or next so I
can give my feedback after that.

Come on going to 1 before 10? That is really
out there.
