(Paul's Topic) Black Monday.... As for market meltdowns, let the catharsis begin when and where it has to. I personally think the entire world is being set up for sweeping change away from fixed economies over to more open, free alternatives. There is NO other path to follow. The bureaucratic grease does nothing to promote the cause of competition. I don't care how many governments Yeltsin fires. He still has to look into the same mirror each day. The same kind Clinton uses. You can dance, but you can't run. We are witnessing the passing of an era. Unless you think things can go under zero - which seems to be the only place some of these markets are pointing to right now - my guess is we are in the final stages of this emerging country panic attack.
