Larry, you are absolutely right, and similar blocks were offered above 1 and all the way to here during the rally and subsequent decline. I would say that there are a lot of shares out there to be sold and that keeps a pressure on the stock. The TA and apparent FA certainly are not in synch here. It could be a "sector thing" or it could be real information known to only few. Zeev
