decided i'd better start with answering this post first... and was remiss in not starting off that last post with a greeting ... so i'll back up and start again:
welcome !!!! ... was also more than a little surprised to see your name (even) associated with orctf.. have read many posts of yours where, shall we say, you were not a really big fan... ;)
which israeli company were you pointing towards (in which siemens is one of the founders) ?.. with the link:

as you may be aware, thanks to geof h. and shlomi, it seems pretty clear that the siemens' stake in orctf is thru star group ... and the rep on the orctf board is Dr. Meir Barel... after the secondary combining Berel and star = 9.4% of shares... believe this is the fourth largest holding after paneth, tamir, and clal... what % is siemens isn't exactly clear...
also, as you probably are aware, finding info on orctf can be something of a challenge.. much of the orctf management comes out of the israeli military (electronic) intelligence... and not surprisingly, cards are played close to the vest... shall we say, "tight lipped" may be an understatement..
