Dann, On the press release from Melita dated 8/18, the following announcements were made: * Bill Dumont promoted to SVP, Worldwide Sales * John Lamb appointed to VP, Strategic Product Marketing * Dan Lowring named CFO and VP, Corporate Planning, HR and Investor Relations (He has been with Melita since 1990, I believe I met Dan at their shareholder's meeting). * Mark Adams, formerly CFO and VP, has elected to pursue interests outside the company. I think it is time for us to call Dan. Mark
