I am not trying to start a rumour, but can anyone comment on the possible buy out of WAVO by MSFT? I am a shareholder in a current buyout candidate and the buyout process appears to have some flaws as far as I am concerned. I'm just trying to gauge the probability of a WAVO buyout.

1) Did INTC offer to purchase WAVO last year for $15/share? If this is true, can someone point me to the official source (e.g., SEC or press release).
2) If an official offer had been made over WAVO @ $15/share, wouldn't that artificially set the price at that level (i.e., why are we at $8)?
3) Can someone confirm that MSFT or INTC are buying large blocks currently? When will the latest numbers on this be published, every quarter?

Thanks for your help...

P.S. I hope they come out with WAVETOP sub. rates soon.
