Anyone know anything about this Total Building Systems, other than whats in the press release? 225 employees that sounds like a decent sized firm. Any guesses as to what kind of revenues they have... Is this a reverse merger to get them public? There business does not seems to fit-in/mesh with Mega World's business... Any guess as to how much stock is being swapped? I'm sure the float with much more than 300k after this. I'd bet those 225 employees are going to be stock holders... Thoughts/Comments??? JF
