Jim: Good to have you back and anxious to get your interpretation of the meeting. I share your view of the purpose of the shareholders' meeting--it isn't a place to introduce projections for the future or make other big announcements. Although atmospherics aren't much to hang a hat on, I think they can provide some insights into management confidence. You got the impression both Boucher and Adler have seen bigger challenges, and that is interesting and useful to know. Welcome back. Starowl
