Well for what's its worth, I know an individual that controls over 6 million shares of stock or about 2.75% and he has been told by management that the problems are coming to an end. The feds lifted their "rail-shares" mandate for the gulf region recently and analysts are expecting a profit of $0.16 for the 3Q, $0.37 for the 4Q. $2.46 for 1999 and $4.13 for 2000. I don't trust analysts, but there appears to be earnings growth here. By 2000, if $4.00+ is still in the forecast I think we'll have a $100 stock.
