Now "gerg111" on Yahoo (no profile, as usual) says he has "information" that the ratio will be 3:1 and they will announce earnings > DCLK and TFSM. So, we've either got a couple of liars, or two (or one) individual(s) who are begging for an SEC disciplinary action. Which is it? Stay tuned! Aleta, I'm sure I already know the answer to this, but I'll ask it anyway: did Mr. Wachs say anything about conversion ratios or earnings?
