I agree--thought it'd open at 40, but look at it this way:
Everytime this stock has bounced on good news, it gets clocked in the following 2-3 days....maybe investors and traders are leery this time and we will see some positive accumulation and momentum build.

Thanks for te info. I didn't see the news on FDA avakine production approval.
