Winzer - is it possible that EXL still had some production sold forward and they are able to realize a higher price for their part of the production? I hear from sources (GME) that we are still running about break-even mining the development ore. The JV dispute will go before the referee next month from what I understand. Perhaps it would not be a bad idea for someone to give EXL a call and see what they have to say about this. CLK has a good point about the rev's, it would appear they are not frozen by the court. However, it does puzzled me as to why EXL is in a plus cash flow position and they are not able to pay Battle Mountain the NSR in question. Hopefully all of this will be cleared up over the months ahead. take care, james
