Cliff, and all: The transfer agent is Liberty Transfer Company 191 New York Ave. Huntington, N.Y. 10580 Phone: 516/385-1616 According to them: Total authorized shares: 25,000,000 Total outstanding shares: 19,508,463 This information is good and bad. The authorized shares is very low, meaning our fears about MS, MM owning 16 million shares apiece was unfounded and impossible. However, the outstanding shares are a little higher than I was led to believe. I hesitated a bit from posting this, however, this information is public and it's not data that should be kept from investors. Please remember that the "authorized" share count is not the number that is available for trading. It is simply the maximum number that can be released without an amendment to the charter. Kevin
