AETI/SKB (Secured Comm.) lawsuite update : SKB lawyers did not even show up in a court hearing on Aug 21st regarding their lawsuit against AETI. Judge ordered SKB to pay $25,000 within 30 days. So far, SKB showed NO EVIDENCE to make a case against AETI. Case will be an AUTOMATIC DISMISSAL if SKB : - Does not pay $25,000 within 30 days and - Does not show evidence within that period I got all the above info. from AETI's COO this morning. We also may be getting an official press release.
