Starfish, RNTK is acting as a holding company for its businesses. The machine shop does not necessarily have anything to do with GTL. RNTK looks for good buying opportunities, such as Okron, but doesn't operate the companies themselves. In fact RNTK, except for providing engineering assistance, doesn't operate any business. Any acquisitions, most likely would be to increase cash flow. Mike
