Just got off the phone with Serge Talon. He said that the buy out offer from his group and $4 mil private placement are completely different deals with different parties. Their objective is to acquire 80% of the OS of IDCN and their main interest is the garnets. Pacific stills says there is only 47,042,116 OS and they don't know anything about the 10 mil PP. I've been unable to get Jeffery on the phone so I guess I'll try EM. Mr. Talon did say to expect a press release later this week that would clarify the situation. RD IMHO do your own DD
