building boom happens in every country where the currency is overvalued. Now that the currency is starting to collapse, I suspect that boom will stop dead in it's tracks just like in Thailand, Indonesia and other third world countries. Yes, Russia is a third world country and they got there the hard way. What index is TMAR in that it would be index related selling?
