Lee, When you are starving and your culture is being impugned and attacked, what do you have to lose in fighting back? The Yorubas and Igbos, Oye, Ogonis, and Ijwe have shown tremendous restraint to date, but for how long can you deny the ethnic majority of people in a country the right to participate in running that country and in enjoying their own cultural heritage?

Now note for the record that unrest in Nigeria would inhibit but not stop oil production since the bulk of production comes from offshore....

And note generally drilling ebbs and drilling wanes, but you must service oil fields/wells in order for most fields to maintain production rates...
